What can I expect at an office visit?

An office visit is a face-to-face consultation with the doctor. There will be no procedure performed at the time of your office visit.

What should I bring to an office visit?

You should bring with you to your office visit all your medications, your driver's license, your insurance card(s), and any recent labs or x-rays. If required by your insurance, you may need to bring a referral from your primary care physician.
