Our staff has been instructed on how to handle all incoming calls. They will discuss your problem with the doctor and call you with his instructions as soon as possible. For emergencies that arise after office hours, our answering service will direct you to the doctor on call or you may go to the emergency room at the hospital of your choice. If you are having tests done, we ask that you please wait for our office to call you with the results. We will call you as soon as we receive the results and the doctor has reviewed them. If you have a follow-up appointment scheduled, the doctor will discuss your results with you at that time.
